A Journey to Probate Real Estate
Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, I’m a third-generation Japanese American with a background in mathematics from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine. My career began in aerospace as a computer programmer, but real experiences led me to probate real estate. Seeing families struggle to sell inherited homes without a will or trust, I stepped in to provide clarity and solutions, even covering upfront costs to ease the process.
A Career Built on Experience & Expertise
I became a licensed Realtor® in 1989 and transitioned fully into real estate in 2008, initially helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. In 2011, I co-led a top real estate investor Meetup, building strong industry relationships. Since 2015, I’ve grown my business through Realtor and Wholesaler referrals. With 200+ transactions and millions raised in private capital, my probate expertise ensures smooth sales, even in complex cases.
